We're transparent about the limits. Here is exactly what the guarantee covers, and what falls outside of it. Human Follow-Up: This guarantee covers the automated acknowledgement (the system reply). It does not cover whether your staff calls them back or closes the sale. Monthly Fees: The monthly service fee is non-refundable and is not part of this guarantee. Third-Party Delays: Issues caused by carrier delays, internet outages, third-party API failures, or force majeure are not covered. Unconfigured Channels: Inquiries coming from a channel we did not set up for you are not covered. Interference: If the client bypasses, alters, or interferes with the system, the guarantee is void.
