Services CareResponse Systems provides a senior care inquiry response and follow-up system designed to help organizations manage and convert family inquiries into consultations. 2. Use of Services You agree to use our services only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not interfere with or disrupt the system. 3. No Guarantees While our system is designed to improve response times and increase consultation opportunities, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. 4. Payments All fees for services are agreed upon prior to onboarding. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate information Maintaining access to their systems Using the system appropriately 6. Third-Party Tools Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as CRM systems, communication tools, and scheduling software). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability CareResponse Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. 8.
