No Guarantees While our system is designed to improve response times and increase consultation opportunities, we do not guarantee specific results, revenue, or outcomes. 4. Payments All fees for services are agreed upon prior to onboarding. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. 5. Client Responsibilities Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate information Maintaining access to their systems Using the system appropriately 6. Third-Party Tools Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (such as CRM systems, communication tools, and scheduling software). We are not responsible for the performance or policies of these third parties. 7. Limitation of Liability CareResponse Systems is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. 8. SMS Program and Messaging Use Cases By providing your contact information and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from CareResponse Systems related to customer support and service communications.
